Digital downloadable products

Calm Authority sells digital downloadable products. Because these files can be accessed, copied, and used immediately, refunds are limited once a product has been accessed or downloaded, subject to applicable consumer law.

When a refund may be considered

We may consider a refund if you purchased the same product twice by mistake, cannot access the files because of a technical issue we cannot resolve, or received the wrong digital product.

When refunds are not usually available

Refunds are not usually available because you changed your mind after accessing or downloading the files, no longer need the resource, or expected a different outcome from applying the material.
